People come to Este with concerns that affect confidence as much as health. A clinician confirms whether a treatment is appropriate. This page explains the concerns we see most often.
Hair loss and alopecia
Thinning, receding hairlines and patchy alopecia are assessed for pattern, scarring and medical causes. Options may include robotic DHI transplant, PRF, exosomes, laser regrowth or Exciplex, depending on donor hair and diagnosis.
Acne and acne marks
Active acne and leftover marks need different plans. Peels, Nordlys, microneedling and laser resurfacing are considered once the skin is stable enough for energy-based care.
Skin pigmentation and vitiligo
Uneven tone, sun spots and vitiligo patches are mapped before PicoWay, pigment peels or Exciplex. Sun protection and a realistic number of sessions are part of every plan.
Scars, stretch marks and texture
Surgical scars, acne scars and stretch marks can be softened with microneedling, Morpheus8, pixel laser or camouflage. Complete removal is rarely promised.
Laxity and facial ageing
Early laxity may suit HIFU, Profhilo or polynucleotides. Deeper folds are discussed alongside fillers or a surgical opinion when non-surgical care will not meet the goal.
Nasal shape and breathing
A non-surgical nose job can refine small contour issues. Rhinoplasty or septoplasty is the route when structure or airflow needs surgery.
Smile and tooth wear
Staining, missing teeth and uneven edges are planned with whitening, veneers or implants after a dental examination.
Low energy and recovery
Hydration and vitamin drips are elective. They do not diagnose fatigue. Anyone with persistent symptoms should see their GP as well as a wellness clinician.
